In terms of Service Coalitions the benefits were clear, especially where there is complementarity and synergy, however the development of a coalition takes time and upfront investment is needed (Donors take note!). This development phase must ensure the right partners are selected and this process is often under-estimated, with stumbling blocks often being around data sharing and other intellectual property issues.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t&#8220;A startup can already have an<br \/>\nadvanced level of management capacities. On the contrary, a cooperative existing for more than 10 years can still have a basic level of management capacities.&#8221;\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<cite>Mathilde Bauwin<\/cite>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Discussion en groupe<\/h2>\n<p>La discussion a mis en lumi\u00e8re les diff\u00e9rentes pratiques et perspectives en mati\u00e8re de segmentation. Celles-ci comprenaient\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>type de probl\u00e8me rencontr\u00e9 par la PME, \u00e0 <strong>identifier les principaux points douloureux et concevoir un parcours<\/strong> pour r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la fois<\/li>\n<li>stade de l&#039;entreprise (d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re, croissance, maturit\u00e9) et par position dans la cha\u00eene de valeur (pour traiter les probl\u00e9matiques techniques et commerciales sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 ce poste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La discussion sur la pertinence ou non de la segmentation par niveau de capacit\u00e9 de gestion a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e \u00ab tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante \u00bb, mais elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 concluante.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs acteurs ont partag\u00e9 que le soutien le plus efficace est un soutien individuel personnalis\u00e9\/adapt\u00e9, et la conversation a tourn\u00e9 autour de \u00ab comment personnaliser le soutien autant que possible \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il se peut donc que l\u2019apprentissage futur doive examiner comment <strong>trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre la standardisation extr\u00eame<\/strong> (ce qui peut sembler plus rentable mais peut \u00eatre moins efficace\/impactant) <strong>et une personnalisation extr\u00eame<\/strong> (Ce qui est susceptible d&#039;avoir plus d&#039;impact mais beaucoup moins efficace en termes de co\u00fbt, mais aussi plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement car cela peut conduire \u00e0 r\u00e9inventer la roue \u00e0 chaque fois sans s&#039;appuyer sur l&#039;exp\u00e9rience d&#039;organisations \u00ab similaires \u00bb). Cependant, le d\u00e9veloppement d&#039;une coalition prend du temps et n\u00e9cessite un investissement initial (attention aux donateurs\u00a0!).
