2SCALE promeut les p\u00f4les d'activit\u00e9s agricoles (PBA), des r\u00e9seaux informels constitu\u00e9s autour de groupements d'agriculteurs. Cette approche vise \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de coordination afin de permettre aux acteurs locaux d'assurer un approvisionnement efficace en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ou d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des intrants de qualit\u00e9 pour des \u00e9changes commerciaux fructueux. La dynamique au sein des PBA repose sur plusieurs acteurs qui les composent.<\/p>\n
