Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre par ICCO (qui fait d\u00e9sormais partie de Cordaid) en partenariat avec la Fondation Mastercard et ICCO Terrafina. L&#039;objectif \u00e9tait d&#039;am\u00e9liorer l&#039;acc\u00e8s au financement et aux march\u00e9s pour les petits exploitants agricoles d&#039;Afrique subsaharienne. STARS a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre dans quatre pays\u00a0: le Burkina Faso, l&#039;\u00c9thiopie, le Rwanda et le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.
