Les march\u00e9s des services de d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises (SDE) pr\u00e9sentent actuellement des dysfonctionnements flagrants dans de nombreux pays. Les enqu\u00eates SDE de l'AMEA le confirment. Une approche plus strat\u00e9gique des SDE est n\u00e9cessaire. L'AMEA estime que chaque syst\u00e8me agricole doit \u00eatre fond\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et pilot\u00e9 par les donn\u00e9es, ce qui favorise l'apprentissage, l'am\u00e9lioration et la responsabilisation. Cela s'applique \u00e0 tous les acteurs de la cha\u00eene de valeur, y compris les prestataires de SDE. L'AMEA formule six propositions pour transformer le syst\u00e8me de march\u00e9 des SDE, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

These propositions together with the recommendations from SCALE and the ISF study on BDS cost effectiveness have been taken into BDS Roadmap processes in each country. We call on all stakeholders to invest in BDS market systems change.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
